Wondering what’s new in Wordze? Here’s a quick roundup of the latest features and improvements we’ve rolled out over the past few months. Let’s jump in and see how these updates can elevate your Wordze experience.
Video to Content Improvements
As you may be aware, earlier this year, we introduced a tool called ‘Video to Content’ (see our previous product update for details). Well, since then we’ve added a few new interesting features.
New Options
In the ‘Video to Content’ form, you can now choose to:
- Add Images from Video: If you tick this box, Wordze will automatically take screenshots from the video and embed them in your article.
- Embed the Video: Wordze will automatically embed the video in the article for you.
- Embed the Audio: Wordze will automatically extract the audio from the video and embed an audio player (with the audio of the video) in the article.
YouTube Channels & Videos
Want to quickly add videos from your YouTube channel(s) to your article? No problem…
You can now associate YouTube channels to your sites in the ‘Sites’ section, as shown below:
Then, when you open the ‘Videos’ tab, you’ll see videos from those channels listed there. This makes it easy to insert them directly into your article.
Content Generator Improvements
Article Types
When you generate a new article, you can now select an article type using the drop-down menu shown below.
This is a great feature because the article type you select will be included in the prompt sent to our AI, and the structure of the article will adapt accordingly.
For example, if you choose the “Listicle / Top X” article type, our AI will generate an article that includes a list of top products or services, just as you’d expect.
Please note that article types are also available in our ‘Outline Builder’ and ‘Content Editor’ tools.
AI-Powered Keyword Suggestions
Not sure which primary or secondary keywords to use? No worries!
You can now ask our AI to suggest relevant keywords. Simply click the “Generate keywords using AI” icon at the top right of the form, and you’ll get tailored suggestions instantly.
Article Rules (Templates)
Good news! You can now create templates with rules for your articles in the ‘Projects’ section:
Once created, you can easily select one of your templates in the editor. Your article will then be automatically formatted according to your chosen rules.
This ensures your articles always look exactly the way you want, and it will save you a significant amount of time in the long run.
Please note that team members do not have access to the ‘Projects’ section; only account owners can manage templates.
Customizable Table of Contents
As you may know, you can add a table of contents to your article with a single click from the ‘Sections’ menu in the editor.
Now, you can also choose which H-Tags to include or exclude. For example, you might decide to only show H2 headings, leaving out all other headings from the table of contents.

Front-End Improvements
We’ve refined the icons in the right sidebar of the editor, making it easier to navigate between sections like Analysis, H-Tags, Sections, Media, Links, and Key Content.
