Wordze Winter 2025/2026 Update: New Features & Improvements ❄️

Wondering what’s new in Wordze? We’ve rolled out a host of exciting features and enhancements since the last update. Here’s everything you need to know about the latest improvements and how they can improve your experience.

Before we begin, a quick reminder about our new AI image generation module, which we announced in mid-October. If you haven’t checked it out yet, be sure to read our blog post for all the details.

New Clusters Tab

We’ve added a new “Clusters” tab to the “Search by Keyword” results page.

When you click this tab, all keyword suggestions generated by the tool are neatly organized into clusters, making it a huge time-saver if you’re looking to streamline your research or plan content more efficiently.

Just to be clear… By clusters, we mean groups of keywords organized by shared topics or themes, with each cluster representing a specific topic or subtopic.

Google Docs Integration

Good news! You can now export articles to Google Docs with just a few clicks.

First, connect your Google Drive account in the “Integrations” section.

Once that’s set up, you can export any article by clicking the “Share” button in the top-right corner of the editor, then selecting “Send to Google Docs”.

It’s a fantastic addition for anyone who prefers writing, collaborating, or finalizing content directly in Google Docs.

Sitemap Submission

Google Search Console

As you probably know, you can connect Wordze to your Google Search Console account.

We’ve now added a new set of options that lets you:

  • Submit your XML sitemap to Google Search Console directly from Wordze, ensuring Google is notified about your latest content
  • Automatically submit new article URLs to Google Search Console for indexing

Bing Webmaster Tools

On top of that, you can now connect Wordze to Bing Webmaster Tools as well.

Simply head to “Integrations” and add your Bing API key to get started.

Once connected, you can also choose to automatically submit new article URLs, helping you get indexed faster across supported search engines.

Improved Scoring System

We’ve made updates to the scoring system to better reflect article quality and improve guidance while writing.

Adjustments to weights and thresholds now make it easier to identify areas that are on target, slightly off, or need improvement.

These changes aim to give more accurate feedback and help you optimize your content more effectively.

Smarter Key Mentions

We’ve updated the “Key Mentions” feature to give you more control and transparency.

Key Mentions are now analyzed only when selected, either in the sidebar, or “Auto Optimize” section.

You can choose to analyze competitors or reference articles, as shown below:

Then, the selected mentions are incorporated into the article prompt so AI can naturally include them in your content.

AI Replaces Google NLP

We’ve officially phased out the Google NLP API due to its high operational cost.

In its place, Wordze now uses our own AI-powered system to identify NLP-style keywords, delivering a more cost-efficient solution that’s also more flexible and capable.

This update improves performance across the platform while keeping expenses down.

Low Credits Notifications

We’ve introduced new options to help you stay on top of your Wordze credits.

When your credits run low, a clear indicator now appears in your account, and you can also set up an email alert, customizable to any threshold you choose (10% by default).

Additionally, when credits are replenished through a purchase or renewal, Wordze will automatically retry any actions that previously failed due to insufficient credits.

Simplified Form for Invited Users

We’ve streamlined the form that invited users need to complete before joining Wordze, making the onboarding process faster and more user-friendly.

As a reminder, Solo users cannot invite additional members, while Team accounts can invite up to 100 users at no extra cost!

More new features and improvements are on the way. Check out our roadmap to learn more!
