Wordze Usage Policy

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, using our services or registering an account, you agree to be bound by Wordze Usage Policy which forms part of Wordze Terms and Conditions of Service.

 

1. Generated Text Content

 

Wordze allows you to generate Text Content with the help of AI. Subject to your compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we hereby grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, license, with the right to use, copy, modify, sell, create derivative works based upon, distribute, and publicly display Generated Text Content for your lawful personal or business purposes.

 

2. Edited Generated Text Content

 

Wordze allows you to edit text content that has been generated with the help of AI. Once edited, the Edited Generated Text Content falls under Content Provided by Users as described in our Terms and Conditions and you are responsible for any Edited Generated Text Content, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You retain any and all of your rights to any Edited Generated Text Content you create, post, or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. Wordze does not claim copyright over Edited Generated Text Content. You should be able to use it in any way you want but are responsible for ensuring its legality and authenticity before publishing it anywhere.

 

3. Generated AI Images

 

Wordze allows you to generate Images with the help of AI. Subject to your compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we hereby grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, license, with the right to use, copy, modify, sell, create derivative works based upon, distribute, and publicly display Generated AI Images for your lawful personal or business purposes.

 

4. Responsibility for User Content

 

You are solely responsible for all your User Content, including Edited Generated Text Content. You represent and warrant that you have (and will have) all rights that are necessary to grant us the license rights in your User Content under these Terms. You represent and warrant that neither your User Content, nor your use and provision of your User Content to be made available through the Services, nor any use of your User Content by Wordze on or through the Services will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

 

5. Content Restrictions

 

  • 5.1 You expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by you or any third person using your account.

  • 5.2 You may not generate or publish any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unacceptable. Examples of unacceptable Content include, but are not limited to, the following:
    – Pornography, adult content, escort, sexual or dating services.
    – Content that exploits children or discloses personal information of children under the age of 18.
    – Content selling or promoting illegal goods or services, drugs or substances.
    – Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.
    – Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups.
    – Content containing or installing any viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other content that is designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of a third person.
    – Content infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights.
    – Content impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives.
    – Content violating the privacy of any third person.
    – False information and features.

  • 5.3 Wordze does not guarantee content generation for all topics considered by you. Content generation is limited by the knowledge of the AI models we utilize. While the AI can generate content, it can only do so for topics that fall within its existing knowledge base. If a topic falls outside of what the AI has been trained on, we cannot guarantee the generation of relevant content for that particular subject.

  • 5.4 AI models may occasionally provide information that is not factual or outright incorrect. Therefore, we do not guarantee or warrant the correctness of generated content and you are advised to verify the accuracy of all generated content before using it.
 
Similarity of Content
 
Due to the nature of our Services and AI generally, generated content may not be unique and other users may receive similar generated content from our Services if they use the same or similar prompts, keywords and/or topic. We do not guarantee the exclusivity or uniqueness of generated content. We suggest you edit and customize generated content where possible to suit your needs.
